On October 13, the German Marshall Fund of the United States organized a discussion “The Changing Face(s) of Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership”.
The discussion was the final event of the extensive research project which lasted more than a year and resulted in two policy papers on civil society in the Eastern Partnership countries. The great advantage of this research is the comparative approach – policy papers identify trends and differences in the region, rather than focusing on individual countries.
During the discussion, Kateryna Zarembo presented the peculiarities of civil society in Ukraine. She also drew attention to the methodological aspects that should be taken into account when studying certain groups of civil society.
