On August 30 – September 2, Kateryna Zarembo taught during the Summer School for Analysts
From August 30 to September 2, the International Renaissance Foundation held a Summer School for Analysts, based on the materials of Kateryna Zarembo’s book “Policy Paper Writing Guide. The Art of Persuasive Text”.
27 participants took part in the Summer School. Kateryna Zarembo held a discussion on what analytical materials are and how think tanks interact with authorities, as well as a workshop on the types and structure of analytical research.
During the classes, participants also had the opportunity to learn about the research methodology, the stages of writing an analytical text, how to communicate and advocate for analytics, and to assess the impact of the analytical product. The Summer School classes were taught by lecturers from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, Kyiv School of Economics, the Ukrainian Catholic University, as well as experts from leading Ukrainian think tanks.
